1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Betlix Balance (the “App”) handles information when you use our habit tracking features. We are committed to respecting your privacy and designing our product so that you stay in control of your data.

2. Who we are

Betlix Balance is provided by the individual developer reachable at tkachdimas@icloud.com. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the App available for iOS devices and to our website at betlix.app.

3. Information we collect

The App is designed to store most information directly on your device. Depending on how you use Betlix Balance, we may process the following categories of information:

• Habit data: names of routines, schedules, reminders, completion status, streaks and any notes you choose to add.
• Device and usage data: limited technical information such as your device model, operating system version and basic interaction data (for example, that a certain screen was opened), to help us understand performance and improve stability.
• Support communications: when you contact us by email or through the support form on this site, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.

4. How we use information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To provide the core functionality of the App, including creating, editing and tracking habits.
• To show statistics such as streaks and completion rates.

5. Where your data is stored

Habit data you enter into Betlix Balance is stored primarily on your device using local storage mechanisms provided by iOS. If you enable system-level backup or sync features (such as iCloud backup), copies of your data may be stored in your Apple account under Apple's terms and policies. We do not receive direct access to your iCloud account.

6. Third-party services

The App does not include in-app advertising and does not share your habit data with advertisers. If we use optional analytics or crash reporting tools, they are implemented only to understand app performance and reliability in an aggregated or pseudonymous way. Where applicable, such tools will be configured to avoid collecting more data than necessary.

7. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: to provide you with the App and its features.
• Legitimate interests: to maintain, secure and improve Betlix Balance.

Because Betlix Balance is designed to keep most data on your device, many of these rights can be exercised directly by you within iOS.
